SITE INFORMATION
Privacy policy
How information is handled when you browse DevelTwist or send a project enquiry.
01
Who is responsible
Luis Vargas, an independent professional using the DevelTwist name, is responsible for this website and its project enquiries. Location: Unidad Vecinal, San Cristóbal, Táchira 5001, Venezuela. For privacy requests, write to luisf55horn@gmail.com.
02
Information collected
If you send an enquiry, you provide your name, email address, chosen service, project description and consent. Budget and preferred start time are optional. Please do not include passwords, health information or other sensitive data.
Hosting and security services may process technical information associated with a request, such as IP address, browser and access time. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field.
03
Why it is used
Enquiry details are used to assess and respond to your request and, if you later agree to work together, to discuss that work. Technical information and reCAPTCHA help operate and protect the site. The enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing messages; the newsletter option is currently disabled.
04
Services involved
The website is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are handled and stored by Formspree and may also reach the owner by email. Google reCAPTCHA v3 checks for spam when you interact with the form. The site loads Google Fonts. Google Tag Manager and its Google Analytics 4 tag load only after you accept analytics. These providers can process data outside Venezuela.
Links to GitHub, LinkedIn and Upwork take you to their own sites and policies.
05
Storage and requests
Enquiries may remain in Formspree and the owner’s email while they are needed to answer or manage the request, or where retention is required by applicable obligations. The site does not save your form entries in browser storage. To ask what information is held, correct it or request deletion, email luisf55horn@gmail.com. A deletion request may be limited where retention is legally required.
07

This page may be updated when the site or its providers change. The date above indicates the latest published revision.
